Buyer/seller files: add one file at a time with a required, editable description. Associate email links show only buyer/seller uploads, require email verification, and expire after seven days with an option to request renewed access.
User deactivation: turn off Active to block access while preserving records. Inactive users remain visible with an Inactive badge and greyed-out rows.
Reassign before deactivation: transfer open primary and secondary lawyer assignments to another active lawyer in the same branch. Select an active user in the same country to take over branch management.
Safer user deletion: review linked records before deleting a user. Closed files and historical records are preserved.
